SPLIT-DECODED, 3-OUTPUT SECURITY KEYPAD SYSTEM WITH DOOR ALARM

INTRODUCTION

DK-9880 Super is the combination of digital access keypad, door alarm and door chime in one system. It is an ideal system for door strike and other access control applications in office and home security installations.
The system adopts "Split Decoded" design philosophy to give the highest security. Each keypad is split into two parts, the remote keypad unit and the master decoder unit. They communicate with each other in digital codes. Anyone who tries to cut or short the connection wires between the two units cannot spoil the high security of the system or bypass the keypad function to activate the controlled devices. The DK-9880 Super uses current mode data bus communication, only two wires are required, one master unit can accommodate up to 3 remote keypad units connected in parallel for totally independent operation.

The DK-9880 Super consists two sets of application software for owner's selection. They are Single User Code and Multi-User Codes for each output. The single user code gives 10,000 combinations and the multi-user codes give over 100 million combinations. The keypad unit of the DK-9880 Super is slim, which blends smoothly into any residential and office decors.

The DK-9880 is available with version A, B and C. They have identical specifications except their outputs facilities.
