S Y S T E M O V E R V I E W
System capacity ranges from 2 to 32 local extensions. TalkSwitch systems employ a unique modular architecture, connecting from 1 to 4 units over the Local Area Network (LAN). Each individual unit is equipped to achieve full system functionality, with local extensions, incoming phone lines, and full voice mail and auto attendant capability. No add-on components are required. VoIP capability is either included or can be added later. Standard analog phones and TalkSwitch phones can be used to place  calls over the PSTN and the Internet. 

BRANCH TO BRANCH TalkSwitch systems in multiple offices can be connected over the Internet. In this example, both systems retain multiple CO ports for connections to the PSTN. Standard analog phones and fax machines are connected to each system. Cell phones and wired home office phones can be remote extensions of either office, enabling teleworkers and mobile workers to stay connected. If the main and branch offices are in distant locations, calls between them can be routed over the Internet for long-distance cost savings.  Network Services  The system also allows users to access service providers’ network-based next-generation service offerings and applications such as VoIP, unified messaging, advanced conferencing and long-distance services.

SMALL OFFICE TalkSwitch excels in small offices. Unlike many traditional business telephone systems, TalkSwitch offers a fully functional, affordable solution to even the smallest businesses, including businesses with only one employee. And even the smallest member of the TalkSwitch family can grow in capacity and be upgraded to include Voice over IP calling when the time comes.
